At DronesKaki, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your flight experience; if your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned drones and accessories must be in their original packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team via the online portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for return.
- 2.Technical Inspection
Once your request is received, our engineers will review any provided flight logs or photos to confirm eligibility for a return or warranty claim.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the drone, controller, and all original accessories into the manufacturer box to prevent damage during transit back to our service center.
- 4.Refund Processing
After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
